Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction
1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed and approved by MOBI X TECHNOLOGY LLC to ensure the security and confidentiality of data received from users of the MOBI X Service, as well as for other purposes detailed in the "Purpose of Processing" section below (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"). 1.2. This Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of the Public Offer with users. By accepting (signifying acceptance of the offer) or signing any such document, the respective User unconditionally agrees to the processing of all information defined below as Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  1. Key Terms
Automated Processing of Confidential Information – processing of confidential information using computer technology; Blocking of Confidential Information – temporary suspension of the processing of confidential information (except when processing is necessary to clarify the confidential information); Confidential Information System – a combination of data contained in confidential information databases and the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing; Information about a Legal Entity – any information recorded on electronic, paper, or other physical media, including but not limited to, the names of legal entities, contact details (postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers), and other information obtained by MOBI X; Trade Secret – information that has commercial value in scientific, technical, technological, production, financial, economic, or other fields due to its confidentiality from third parties; Confidential Information – information, including personal data, received by MOBI X from users during their registration and use of the MOBI X service; Anonymization of Personal Data – actions that make it impossible to determine, without additional information, the affiliation of personal data to a specific user or other subject of personal data; Processing of Confidential Information – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on confidential information, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of confidential information. Personal Data – any information recorded on electronic, paper, and/or other tangible media that relates to a specific individual or enables their identification. User – a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and has accepted the Offer. Provision of Confidential Information – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific individual or a defined group of individuals. Distribution of Confidential Information – any actions aimed at disclosing Confidential Information to an undefined group of individuals (transfer of Confidential Information) or making Confidential Information accessible to an unlimited number of individuals, including through publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or granting access to Confidential Information by any other means. MOBI X Service – software programs and databases.  Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to the authority of a foreign state, or to a foreign individual or legal entity. Destruction of Personal Data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to recover the content of the personal data within the personal data information system and/or the destruction of physical media containing the personal data.
  1. Scope of Regulation 3.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all Confidential Information that MOBI X may obtain from Users during their interaction with the MOBI X Service, as well as in the course of MOBI X fulfilling any agreements or contracts entered into with the User, for the purposes and/or as a result of Users' use of the Service.
  2. Who Processes the Data 4.1. Confidential Information obtained by the Company regarding each User is collected, processed, stored, and used by the Company – LLC "MOBI X TECHNOLOGY," a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  3. Information Processed 5.1. Confidential Information obtained by the Company regarding each User is collected, processed, stored, and used by the Company – Limited Liability Company "MOBI X TECHNOLOGY," a legal entity established under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered at the following address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent city, Yashnabad district, Makhtumkuli street, house 91.
5.2. MOBI X collects and processes, where applicable, the following categories of information:
  • Personal Data;
  • Information about legal entities and their representatives;
  • Trade secrets;
  • Technical information;
  • Know-how;
  • Other information that must not be disclosed to third parties.
5.3. MOBI X receives the following data: 5.3.1. Confidential information obtained from Users: 5.3.1.1. Data required for registration with MOBI X: 5.3.1.1. Data required for registration with MOBI X:
  • Full Name (First Name, Last Name, Middle Name);
  • Mobile phone number.
5.3.1.2. Data required for using the editing section in MOBI X:
  • First Name;
  • Last Name;
  • Gender;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Mobile phone number.
5.3.1.3. Information automatically transmitted during interaction with the MOBI X application:
  • IP address and cookies;
  • Type of action performed on the site (click, hover, etc.);
  • Date and time of the action;
  • URL of the page;
  • Number of page visits;
  • Information about navigation between website pages;
  • Duration of the user session;
  • Entry points (external websites from which the user arrives on the Site via a link);
  • Exit points (links on the Site that direct the user to external websites);
  • Country;
  • Region;
  • Internet service provider (ISP);
  • User's browser;
  • List of languages supported by the user's device;
  • Type of operating system (OS);
  • Screen parameters.
5.3.2. Other information requested by MOBI X for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations to the User. 5.4. The provisions of this Policy also include cross-border transfer of Confidential Information. Cross-border transfer of Confidential Information is carried out to foreign countries that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects. 5.5. MOBI X also performs anonymized processing of Confidential Information. 5.6. MOBI X does not verify the Confidential Information provided, except in cases stipulated by the User Agreement, and cannot determine its accuracy or assess whether the User has sufficient legal capacity to provide the Confidential Information or whether appropriate consents for the transfer of personal data from representatives have been obtained. MOBI X assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient Confidential Information and updates it in a timely manner. 5.7. MOBI X is committed to ensuring the protection of Confidential Information during its processing. MOBI X recommends visiting this website regularly, as this Privacy Policy may be updated in accordance with amendments to applicable legislation or changes in our internal processes. 5.8. The security of personal data refers to the provision of a protected environment for personal data, safeguarding it from unlawful and/or unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, dissemination, as well as other unlawful actions concerning personal data. 5.9. The User provides Confidential Information voluntarily. However, failure to provide certain Confidential Information or withdrawal of consent to process Confidential Information may result in the inability to use the MOBI X Service.
  1. 6. Purposes of Processing
6.1. The processing of Confidential Information is necessary for:
  • fulfilling the terms of agreements between MOBI X Users;
  • ensuring the functionality and improvement of the MOBI X Service;
  • exercising the rights and legitimate interests of MOBI X, provided that such processing does not significantly affect the rights and legitimate interests of the Users of the MOBI X Service;
  • compliance with the regulations established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6.2. MOBI X processes Confidential Information for the following purposes:
  • providing access to the MOBI X Service;
  • granting the User access to their personal account;
  • processing and managing orders for the purchase and delivery of goods via the MOBI X Service;
  • organizing the acceptance of payments and facilitating payments for goods and services using the MOBI X Service;
  • communicating with Users, sending notifications, requests, and other information related to the operation of MOBI X;
  • protecting Users from fraudulent activities;
  • distributing promotional and informational materials and conducting joint marketing campaigns by MOBI X, taking into account User preferences;
  • continuously enhancing and improving the MOBI X Service;
  • analyzing User behavior on the MOBI X Service;
  • developing new products, tools, and offers by MOBI X;
  • protecting User rights;
  • collecting, processing, and presenting statistical data, big data, and other research findings.
6.3. If additional purposes arise or as required by applicable legislation, MOBI X may request separate consent for the processing of Confidential Information. 6.4. This Policy applies to Confidential Information obtained both before and after the effective date of this Policy.
  1. 7. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Confidential Information
7.1. The security of Confidential Information processed by MOBI X is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection. 7.2. MOBI X ensures the safekeeping of Confidential Information and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to Confidential Information. The Confidential Information will be used by MOBI X employees as necessary for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy. 7.3. The User's Confidential Information will never, under any circumstances, be disclosed to third parties, except in cases related to the enforcement of applicable legislation and/or for the purposes of processing Confidential Information in the interests of MOBI X. 7.4. For the provision of certain services, MOBI X may engage third parties. If such third parties require access to Confidential Information, MOBI X will ensure that access is limited to the extent necessary for the provision of the relevant services. Additionally, these external service providers must independently comply with all applicable data protection regulations. Categories of such recipients include service providers for web analytics, data processing, advertising, email distribution, payment processing, order fulfillment, etc. 7.5. The retention period for Confidential Information is determined by the date on which the purpose for which it was collected and processed is achieved or to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 7.6. All Confidential Information received from Users will be stored within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 7.7. Processing of Confidential Information is carried out both using automated means and without the use of automation tools.
  1. 8. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
8.1. MOBI X has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  1. 9. Rights of the Owner of Confidential Information
9.1. User Rights:
  • independently make changes or additions to their personal information in their personal account on the MOBI X Service;
  • delete their Confidential Information provided in the personal account on the MOBI X Service. Deleting the personal account and/or Confidential Information may result in the inability to use the MOBI X Service;
  • upon request, receive from MOBI X information regarding the processing of their personal data;
  • know the existence of their Confidential Information in the possession of MOBI X and the scope of such information;
  • receive information from MOBI X about the conditions under which access to their Confidential Information is provided;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of their Confidential Information, except in cases provided by applicable legislation;
  • request from MOBI X the temporary suspension of the processing of their personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the purposes of processing;
  • appeal to the authorized state body or court on matters related to the protection of their rights and legitimate interests regarding their personal data.
  1. 10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Policy, the relationship between the User arising from the application of this Policy, and any issues not regulated by this Policy are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 10.2. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding matters related to the processing of their Confidential Information by contacting MOBI X via email at info@mobixtech.uz. 10.3. In the event of unlawful use of Confidential Information, the subject of the Confidential Data, whose data is being unlawfully used, must send a written request to MOBI X for the removal of such Confidential Information. The request must include the details of the identification document of the subject of the Confidential Information, a description of the unlawfully used Confidential Information, and an explanation of where and under what circumstances the Confidential Information is being unlawfully used. 10.4. MOBI X reserves the right to amend this Policy without the consent of the Users. 10.5. Any changes made by MOBI X to the Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
