Ushbu Foydalanuvchi Shartnomasi (bundan buyon \u201cShartnoma\u201d deb yuritiladi) <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mobixtech.uz\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.mobixtech.uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> veb-sayti, shu jumladan uning barcha sahifalari va subdomenlariga nisbatan tatbiq etiladi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mobixtech.uz\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.mobixtech.uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> veb-sayti (bundan buyon \u201cSayt\u201d deb yuritiladi) <\/span><b>\u201cMOBI X TECHNOLOGY\u201d MCHJ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ga tegishlidir.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. Ushbu Shartnoma Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati (bundan buyon \u201cSayt Ma\u2019muriyati\u201d deb yuritiladi) va Foydalanuvchi o&#8217;rtasidagi munosabatlarni tartibga soladi.\u00a0<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati ushbu Shartnoma bandlarini oldindan ogohlantirmasdan istalgan vaqtda o&#8217;zgartirish, qo\u2018shimchalar kiritish yoki olib tashlash huquqiga ega.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. Saytdan foydalanish Foydalanuvchi tomonidan ushbu Shartnomani va unga kiritilgan o\u2018zgarishlarni qabul qilishni anglatadi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.6. Foydalanuvchi ushbu Shartnoma o\u2018zgarishlarini mustaqil ravishda kuzatib borishga javobgardir.\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n \t<li><b> Ta\u2019riflar<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1. Ushbu Shartnomada quyidagi atamalar quyidagi ma\u2019nolarga ega:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.1. <\/span><b>Sayt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Internet resursi bo&#8217;lib, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mobixtech.uz\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.mobixtech.uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> domen nomida joylashgan va Internetdagi resurs hamda unga bog&#8217;liq xizmatlar orqali ishlaydi.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.2. <\/span><b>Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 \u201c<\/span><b>MOBI X TECHNOLOGY\u201d MCHJ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nomidan Saytni boshqaradigan vakolatli vakillar. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.3. <\/span><b>Sayt Foydalanuvchisi (bundan buyon \u201cFoydalanuvchi\u201d deb yuritiladi)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Internet orqali Saytga kirish huquqiga ega bo&#8217;lgan va uning xizmatlaridan foydalanadigan jismoniy shaxs.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.4. <\/span><b>Sayt kontenti (bundan buyon \u201cKontent\u201d deb yuritiladi)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Intellektual mulk, shu jumladan, lekin ular bilan cheklanmagan holda, adabiy asarlar, maqolalar, illyustratsiyalar, grafiklar, fotosuratlar, video materiallar, logotiplar, dasturiy ta&#8217;minotlar va boshqa elementlarni o\u2018z ichiga oladi.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n \t<li><b> Shartnoma Predmeti<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. Ushbu Shartnoma predmeti Foydalanuvchiga Saytda taqdim etiladigan xizmatlardan foydalanish imkoniyatini yaratishdan iborat.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.1. Sayt quyidagi xizmatlarni taqdim etadi:<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saytdagi qidiruv va navigatsiya vositalariga kirish;<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saytda bepul chop etilgan materiallarga kirish;<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onkologiya bo\u2018yicha shifokorlar va bemorlar o\u2018rtasidagi maslahatchi forumdan foydalanish.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.2. Ushbu Shartnoma Saytda mavjud (ishlayotgan) barcha xizmatlarga, shuningdek, kelgusida joriy qilinishi mumkin bo&#8217;lgan qo&#8217;shimcha xizmatlarga tatbiq etiladi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2. Saytdan foydalanish bepul amalga oshiriladi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3. Ushbu Shartnoma ommaviy oferta hisoblanadi. Saytga kirish orqali Foydalanuvchi ushbu Shartnoma shartlarini qabul qilgan hisoblanadi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4. Saytdagi materiallar va xizmatlardan foydalanish O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi bilan tartibga solinadi.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n \t<li><b> Tomonlarning Huquq va Majburiyatlari<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1. <\/span><b>Sayt Ma\u2019muriyatining huquqlari:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.1. Saytdan foydalanish qoidalarini va Kontentni o\u2018zgartirish. O\u2018zgartirishlar Saytda yangilangan Shartnoma e\u2019lon qilingan paytdan kuchga kiradi.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.2. Foydalanuvchi hisoblarini o\u2018chirish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1.3. Foydalanuvchi ro\u2018yxatdan o\u2018tishini yoki maslahatchi forumda savollar\/javoblar joylashtirishni rad etish.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2. <\/span><b>Foydalanuvchining huquqlari:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.1. Saytdagi barcha mavjud xizmatlardan foydalanish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.2. <\/span><b>info@mobixtech.uz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elektron manziliga murojaat qilish orqali Saytdan foydalanish bo\u2018yicha savollar berish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.3. Saytdan faqat ushbu Shartnoma va O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlariga mos ravishda foydalanish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.4. Saytdan ma&#8217;lumotlarni nusxalash.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2.5. Ro\u2018yxatdan o\u2018tish talablariga rioya qilgan holda Saytga kirish.<\/span>\n\n<b>4.3. Foydalanuvchining majburiyatlari:<\/b>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.1. Sayt xizmatlariga tegishli bo&#8217;lgan qo&#8217;shimcha ma&#8217;lumotlarni Sayt Ma\u2019muriyatining so\u2018rovi bo\u2018yicha taqdim etish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.2. Saytdan foydalanishda mualliflik huquqlari va boshqa intellektual mulk huquqlariga rioya qilish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.3. Saytning normal ishlashiga to\u2018sqinlik qiluvchi harakatlardan saqlanish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.4. Sayt orqali shaxsiy yoki yuridik shaxslarning maxfiy ma\u2019lumotlarini oshkor qilmaslik.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.5. Reklama materiallarini Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati roziligisiz tarqatmaslik.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.6. Saytdan Ma&#8217;muriyat roziligisiz reklama materiallarini tarqatish uchun foydalanmaslik.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.7. Sayt xizmatlaridan quyidagi maqsadlarda foydalanmaslik:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.7.1. Voyaga yetmaganlarning huquqlarini buzish yoki ularga har qanday shaklda zarar yetkazish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.7.2. Ozchiliklarning huquqlarini buzish.<\/span>\n\n<b>4.3. Foydalanuvchi quyidagilarga rozilik bildiradi:<\/b>\n\n<b>4.3.7.3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Boshqa shaxs yoki tashkilot\/hamjamiyat vakili sifatida yolg\u2018ondan chiqmaslik, jumladan, Sayt xodimi sifatida o\u2018zini ko\u2018rsatmaslik.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><b>4.3.8.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Taqdim etilgan ma\u2019lumotlarning to\u2018g\u2018riligini ta\u2019minlash.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><b>4.3.9.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Shaxsiy ma\u2019lumotlarni uchinchi shaxslarning ruxsatsiz kirishidan himoya qilish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><b>4.3.10.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ro\u2018yxatdan o\u2018tish vaqtida taqdim etilgan shaxsiy ma\u2019lumotlar o\u2018zgarsa, ularni yangilash.<\/span>\n\n<b>4.4.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Foydalanuvchiga quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.1. Sayt kontentiga kirish, undan nusxa olish, ko\u2018chirish yoki monitoring qilish uchun uskunalar, dasturlar, algoritmlar, usullar yoki qo\u2018lda ishlaydigan shunga o\u2018xshash vositalardan foydalanish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.2. Saytning normal ishlashiga xalaqit berish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.3. Saytda taqdim etilgan xizmatlardan tashqaridagi usullar orqali ma\u2019lumot yoki materiallarni olishga harakat qilish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.4. Saytning funksiyalariga yoki unga bog\u2018liq tizim va tarmoqlarga ruxsatsiz kirish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.5. Saytning xavfsizlik yoki autentifikatsiya tizimlariga zarar yetkazish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.6. Foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy ma\u2019lumotlarini izlash yoki kuzatish.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.4.7. Saytdan O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligida taqiqlangan yoki noqonuniy faoliyatlarni amalga oshirish uchun foydalanish.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n \t<li><b> Saytdan foydalanish<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1. Sayt va uning kontenti Sayt Ma\u2019muriyatiga tegishli va uning tomonidan boshqariladi.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2. Sayt kontenti mualliflik huquqi, savdo belgisi va intellektual mulk haqidagi qonunlar bilan himoyalangan.\u00a0<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3. Maslahatchi forum yoki mutaxassislarga mo\u2018ljallangan bo\u2018limlarga kirish uchun foydalanuvchi hisob qaydnomasini yaratish talab qilinishi mumkin.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.4. Foydalanuvchi o\u2018zining hisob ma\u2019lumotlari (parol) maxfiyligini ta\u2019minlash va hisobidan amalga oshirilgan barcha harakatlar uchun javobgardir.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5. Foydalanuvchi hisobiga ruxsatsiz kirish yoki xavfsizlik tizimi buzilgan taqdirda, darhol Ma&#8217;muriyatga xabar berishi lozim.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.6. Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati foydalanuvchi hisobidan foydalanilmagan holatda 36 oy o\u2018tgach, uni oldindan xabar bermasdan o\u2018chirish huquqiga ega.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n \t<li><b> Javobgarlik<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1. Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati quyidagilar uchun javobgar emas:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1.1. Fors-major holatlar yoki telekommunikatsiya, kompyuter va boshqa tizimlardagi nosozliklar tufayli xizmat ko\u2018rsatishning kechikishi yoki to\u2018xtab qolishi.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1.2. To\u2018lov tizimlari, banklar yoki boshqa moliya tizimlarining harakatlari, shu jumladan, ularning ishlashidagi kechikishlar.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1.3. Foydalanuvchi zarur texnik imkoniyatlarga ega bo\u2018lmasa, Saytning to\u2018g\u2018ri ishlashi.<\/span>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n \t<li><b> Shartnoma shartlarini buzish<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1. Sayt Ma\u2019muriyati O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga muvofiq foydalanuvchi haqida ma\u2019lumot oshkor qilish huquqiga ega.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2. Foydalanuvchi ushbu Shartnoma shartlarini yoki boshqa hujjatlar talablarini buzgan taqdirda, Saytga kirishni ogohlantirmasdan to\u2018xtatib qo\u2018yishi mumkin.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3. The website<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobixtech.uz\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.mobixtech.uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website\") is owned by the legal entity <\/span><b>LLC \"MOBI X TECHNOLOGY\"<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website Administration\") and the User of this Website.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to modify, add, or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.5. The following terms are defined for the purposes of this Agreement:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.1. <\/span><b>Website<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 An internet resource located at the domain name<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mobixtech.uz\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.mobixtech.uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, operating via the internet resource and its associated services (hereinafter referred to as the \"Website\").<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.2. <\/span><b>Website Administration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Authorized representatives managing the Website on behalf of the legal entity <\/span><b>LLC \"MOBI X TECHNOLOGY\"<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.3. <\/span><b>Website User (hereinafter referred to as the \"User\")<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Any individual who has access to the Website via the Internet and utilizes its services.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1.4. <\/span><b>Website Content (hereinafter referred to as the \"Content\")<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Intellectual property, including but not limited to, literary works, their titles, prefaces, annotations, articles, illustrations, covers, musical works (with or without lyrics), graphic, textual, photographic, video, composite, and other works, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, software programs, databases, as well as the design, structure, coordination, appearance, overall style, and arrangement of such Content included on the Website, either collectively or individually. All such elements are protected as intellectual property.<\/span><\/li><\/br>\n \t<li><b> Subject of the Agreement<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of access to the services offered on the Website to the User.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1.1. Not impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and\/or community without proper authorization, including impersonating employees of the Website.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.8. Ensure the accuracy of the information provided.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.9. Protect personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3.10. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including the password, and for all activities conducted under their account without exception.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.5.
